    I want to cnstruct a form which can be sent out to friends, completed and returned to me at my email address. When I fill this in and grial it, it is returned to me as 'THE REQUESTED URL WAS NOT FOUND' and posted as an error 404. What settings should I use to allow the form to be returned to a chosen email address when the recipient hits the 'SUBMIT FORM' button?
